Adding BCAA to carbs found to have no effect on post-exercise recovery markers

Combining branched chain amino acids with carbohydrates may not improve post-exercise recovery more than carbs alone, says a new study. However, a leading sports nutrition expert says that protein + carbs are still your best bet in terms of post workout recovery.
